A Resurrection and A Beginning: An Introductory Note for Psychology Research Journal

William E. Kelly

Abstract

This introductory editorial marks the launch of Psychology Research Journal (PRJ), an independent, general forum for psychological research. PRJ welcomes scientifically sound research across psychology, including brief, specialized, preliminary, and non-finding reports and work examining novel or unconventional ideas. The journal emphasizes methodological appropriateness, adequate reporting, and conclusions supported by the evidence rather than statistical significance, methodological complexity, or conformity with prevailing theoretical positions.
